Defense Strategy: Electronic Fence System - Information Collection Equipment + Backend System
Control Objectives: Collection of 2G,3G,4G, and 5G IMSI and IMEI data
Solution Advantages: Utilizing macro base station technology, the system can handle up to 1600 mobile phones simultaneously and can capture over 12,000 user identifiers per minute. The system can manage a large number of blacklist and whitelist entries, with the ability to control 1600 devices on the blacklist concurrently (expandable).
As mobile communication technology rapidly advances in China, mobile networks have become a crucial channel for communication among criminals and hostile organizations. Collecting mobile users' IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) and IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) numbers has become an essential tool for technical reconnaissance. With the rapid increase in mobile phone users in China, the information gathered is playing an increasingly important role in urban management, security prevention and control, and criminal investigation.
Solution Overview:
The project involves the construction of a data collection center, with a planned and phased deployment of electronic fence collection front-end equipment. The main tasks include:
Information Collection: The equipment automatically collects mobile user card numbers (2G/4G), mobile device codes (2G), and collection times within its coverage area, and transmits this data to the data center in real time.
Data Processing and Management: The data center stores, processes, and provides early warnings based on the collected data, and manages the front-end equipment.
Solution Advantages:
High Integration
The equipment can integrate additional functions such as 2G, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi probes.
Supports six carriers operating simultaneously to handle the complex network environments across different regions in China, improving data collection rates. It also supports seamless switching between different frequencies, allowing flexible configuration.
Compatible with all mainstream mobile phones currently in use.
Large Capacity, High Performance
Designed using macro base station hardware and software architecture, offering significant capacity and performance advantages over small base station solutions (such as Femto, Pico).
Unlike small base stations, this macro base station technology is capable of handling dense population areas with strong processing capabilities and fast, accurate data collection. The equipment can process 1600 concurrent mobile connections and collect over 12,000 user identifiers per minute, ensuring a much faster collection rate than similar products.
The system can manage a large number of blacklist and whitelist entries, with the capacity to control 1600 blacklist entries simultaneously (expandable).
It also supports driving mobile phones to any desired frequency and standard.
Adjustable Configuration
Supports air interface synchronization/BeiDou synchronization, and can operate without GPS.
Features built-in full-network wireless backhaul, supporting 3/4G backhaul via Mobile, Telecom, and Unicom networks, and can operate with SIM cards or wired backhaul.
The transmission power and reception gain can be adjusted steplessly, allowing precise control of the coverage area.
Parameters such as frequency, power, and network ID can be modified in real-time online without needing to restart the equipment.
Stable and Reliable
Built with industrial-grade components, offering substantial stability advantages over market-available small base station solutions, regardless of high or low-temperature environments.
The product has undergone over 6000 programmable power-on and power-off restart tests to ensure it is operational as soon as it is powered on.
It has been subjected to 27 days of continuous operation testing and high/low-temperature testing.
The system has also been tested under high-density crowd conditions for rapid connection processing.
